UnblockCoffee.com has a huge collection of award-winning campaigns, including Cannes, Clio, ADC, and others. The funny part is they have almost no budget to advertise their work. So we created some radio ads using only Google Translator (no audio production company was harmed). Instead of broadcast it on the radio, we just entered the ads in CCSP (the most important ad festival in Brazil) to speak directly with the jury, CD's from big agencies. Plus, we acheived 2 shortlists that didn't become 2 awards because we asked for it.
